Exciting update from the ECPLF 2024 in Bologna, Italy (9th-12th September)! Our partner Fernando Estellés presented an oral communication on evaluating the use of precision livestock farming tools for heat stress mitigation on dairy cattle rearing farms.

The presentation, featuring work by Xabier Díaz de Otálora, Daniel Alexander Mendez, Diego Sain de Mena, Alberto Badias, Arantxa Villagrá, Patricia Carulla, Nawel Hiel, and Fernando Estellés, shared the first results obtained in the framework of WP4 Task 4.2 of the Re-Livestock project.

This research marks a key step toward improving animal welfare and farm sustainability.
